Rikaz International produces raw and washed rock salt from our own mines in Egypt's Western Desert — above 98% sodium chloride, under 1% moisture, graded for road deicing and industrial use.
Who we are
A single deposit, controlled end to end.
Rikaz International set out to become one of the first companies supplying rock salt that meets every specification asked of it — for deicing and for industry. We work from mines we operate ourselves at the Siwa Oasis, so grain size, purity and moisture are decided at the face rather than corrected downstream.
In Egypt we supply and trade through our partner company, Rikaz Misr. Production sits inside environmental regulation and local community rules, and pricing is built to hold quality and affordability in the same hand.

Own mines, own grading
Salt comes out of our own concession at Siwa. Purity and grain distribution are set in extraction and crushing, not blended to hit a number on paper.

Moisture held under 1%
Low moisture is what lets rock salt sit in a depot through a season and still spread. Above it, no anticaking agent will stop the load conglomerating.

Volume that holds through winter
Capacity of 10,000 tonnes per day, with bulk loads for highway authorities, large surface areas and industrial applications.
